I had a really nice stay on holiday. My room was upgraded to have a Mont Blanc view for free and a balcony facing the mountains. The staff were very attentive and competent. The location was amazing, right by the ski lift, as well as by the Chamonix bus line, the outskirts of Les Houches, and Les Houches valley.

Lovely small and pleasant accommodation with stunning setting next to the main ski slopes of Les Houches, the bus stop and Megeve under clear blue skies. Very attentive and competent hotel's staff in the Reception Desk. Great breakfast, variety of food and beverages.

Had a great time at this place! The room I stayed in was awesome, with a fridge, writing desk, and ironing gear - all super useful. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom looked brand new. 🌟

I liked the hotel and my stay there. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, staff was very nice.
Wireless was not encrypted, and access from the bedroom was not always working. Wine at the bar was not so good, but staff was nice enough to replace my glass of wine for another one. Unfortunately, the second one was equally bad. A bit distant from everything, but ok if you have a car.

The staff were excellent and willing to sort out all of our needs to get maximum ski time. Friendly and helpful.
Distance from the ski lifts. It is only about one mile but with all your equipment, it's a major hike. The hotel does run a free shuttle service which makes it bearable but they don't run it after 6pm (some days 5pm) and so if you don't book it, you're in trouble.

I had really really nice stay, the place is good small!
Its magnificent, central location was a plus. Excellent service, even though a few employees were not very friendly. The restaurant was good for dinner here, I had appetising dishes.

Nice location, really nice staff. The room was rather big and had a balcony. And there was a sauna and indoor pool, though we did not use it. Dinner was good and at a reasonable price.
